No batteries included for controller. Unit powers on just fine, controllers pairs up fine. Tray has hard time opening, but can be opened with a flat piece such as a screwdriver or butter knife. Front cover ports are missing/broke. Does recognize game but won't go passed loading screen. Could be an easy fix but I do not know enough about them to work on them.
