I got this building as part of a large Lot that I bought recently. It's a duplicate for me. It works great, and the soundtrack is clear. The styrofoam is a bit dirty and the box has a slight rip on the front. The piece, itself, has styrofoam stuck to it in a few places from storage the Witch's Hat " banner" buy across the top of the har has a typical Lemax paint job. Includes instructions and 2008 Michaels catalog. Any questions please just ask:).
