Petrified buy Wood Paradise Valley MT Slab Rock Polished Specimen Ancient I picked up this lovely piece at the Tucson Gem show late 80's - it comes from Montana most likely the Yellowstone area. It is polished on 4 sides - glossy for display. I did not wet the rock - all pictures are as is - it measures 4.5" (tall) x 2" (base) by 5.5" (base). The polished sides are gorgeous with that agate look. It weighs 1.15 pounds. Great specimen. Could be slabbed into many pieces. Will ship via USPO with delivery tracking and insurance.
