Brand new in box, I had only unsealed it to take photos because I've had experience with figures being broken or flawed even though it was buy sealed new. No damage or flaws to the figure but there is a slight tear on the front of the box. It has great detail and he has a very cute relaxing pose! It comes with a plastic base for him to lie on as well.
