These buildings are beautifully pre-assembled , painted, and detailed by the wonderful craftsman buy at Woodland Scenics and in addition, they have been wired with LED for terrific nighttime scenes. With all of the many difficult things being done for you, you will be able to simply put them on your model railroad, or as I have done a number of times, simply display them. They are artistic miniatures. I will be selling a set of the three pieces together, and even though I recently bought them and paid full price, I am offering them at a great discounted price . Three different types of structures that have three different personalities. They are: 1) Sully's Tavern, which new, sells for $69.99. 2) J. Frank's Grocery (I paid $74.99) and lastly, 3) the Theatre. (It normally is $79.99. The photos don't even begin to show all of the beautiful details.
