The two faux layers at the bottom are two difference colors of gray. One is chiffon and one is satin. The chiffon is also around the neckline. It is such a stylish dress. It is made of super soft jersey like fabric that is very comfortable. I purchased the dress from Anthropologie, it is made by Dolan. It is size XS but feel like it really is more buy of a small. Only worn a few times.
